COE Connect

Faculty and staff have access to connect directly to their personal Mosaic machine from anywhere with secured Internet access. This process is possible through the campus VPN. The VPN can be accessed from here. You must be connected to the VPN in order for this process to work. OneIT has an FAQ for the VPN available here.

1. Make sure you have the campus VPN installed and connect to the profile “vpn.uncc.edu”
2. Fill in the webform below and download the .rdp file
3. Open the .rdp file from your download folder
